Our fees and requirements are shown below:
EMD funding fee structure*:
$1 – $5,000 EMD => $2,000 fee
$5,001 – $15,000 EMD => $5,000 fee
$25,001 – $50,000 EMD => $15,000 fee
$15,001 – $25,000 EMD => $10,000 fee
$50,001 – $75,000 EMD => $25,000 fee
$75,001 – $100,000 EMD => $40,000 fee
*For EMD we have a 5% upfront deposit ($250 minimum), NON-REFUNDABLE, credited toward the fees if the deal goes through.
(This fee is Wired/Zelled directly to us. Paperwork on fees will reflect the difference between initial deposit and fee)
